I'm moving to Xanga. There that wasn't so bad, was it ?
DeviantART, without a doubt, is the website for original artists. It was a mistake for me to try and post my stories as images here. Posting them as true writing, word-searchable and everything, I have found my work is - appreciated and considered as serious writing where I am now.
And I do also appreciate you, my friends in DeviantART. But the move is permanent. In time I may even post some of my original artwork where I've moved to.
Aside from being allowed to post your own work, you can also post common image galleries of any kind.
I promise you now I will not knowingly post any images from DeviantART as I deeply respect all members in it and want to see your work flourish here.
You also need to know this about me, I'm bipolar schizophrenic. There is really only thing I have ever finished in my life and that is S2, and even then, I feel today it is unfinished.
Like a gypsy, I'm on the move, trying out new territories, carrying my house, as you will, on my back. And I'm certain there is some illustrator in DeviantART that can explain this better than I can.
Can we part as friends then and not say
goodbye
but ...
